"Rosa Gets a Job"

Rosa has been going to work daily with her raiser at VyStar Bank for nearly two months now. She is the perfect co-worker, quiet, pleasant, and easy to get along with. She was even recognized by her co-workers last month at a VyStar meeting for being such a wonderful “employee”.

Rosa is also available for therapy time for anyone who needs to talk to “someone” for a few minutes. Recently, one of the ladies, Rosa's raiser, and Rosa work with was having a bad day, her husband was sick and she was very upset. The lady and Rosa went to a quiet corner and Rosa was just “there for her”. The co-worker later told Susan it was the best thing that could have ever happened to her that day.

Rosa has a fan club at work. They wait for her to exit the building after work like groupies at the end of a concert. Her puppy raiser takes her cape off and let’s Rosa meet and greet, it is the highlight of her day!

She learns new tasks at work and continues to practice old ones that will enable her to be a great service dog to someone in the new future.

Right now Rosa is running for top billing of a March Of Dimes Pet Calendar. So far she is in second place and hopes to pull ahead soon with her new campaign posters!
